      Add on benefits for those staying back late

      Pros

      The company provides some add-on benefits for those who stay back at the office for work related reasons. After 8pm to be specific. These consist of late night transport in the form of official cab facility and food allowance while the individual is in office. Employees don’t have to worry about things like food and how to reach home safely etc. In particular the female employees.

      Pathetic Notice Period Policy

      1. The project which I worked has good learning curve. 2. Team members are supportive.

      Cons

      1. Very poor hike. 2. 90 days of mandatory notice period , even for the people on bench is making employees life terrible whoever wants to join anew company.
