      Taylor Morrison's culture is by far the best! The dedication to excellence is always evolving whether it be with the current market or to the internal team to set them up for success. Listening and communication is key. Very proud to deliver a quality product and be a part of the division for the last 20 years.

      Taylor Morrison has been my family for over 20 years and 4 divisions and 2 different states. The culture of the organization is hands down the best in the industry and why I'm here. From the leadership of our CEO all the way down to our division levels you can feel the culture and passion for what we do, Even during the hard times and the good times.

      Cons

      I truly don't have anything negative to say about my 20 years of working at Taylor Morrison and have been through many leadership changes and industry downfalls. Taylor Morrison has always done the right thing and what is best for not only the company but it's employees and vendors.
