The commission structure is far from straightforward; they deduct discounts from the base price before calculating your commission, which means you’re not getting the full picture. Plus, bonuses? Forget about it—they simply don’t pay them. It gets even more frustrating with management. There’s a clear favoritism at play, with rules seemingly applied selectively. Disrespectful communication and dishonesty from managers are all too common, leaving employees feeling undervalued and disheartened. The fallout from poor management decisions is evident; they let one of their top managers go, and since then, things have just gone downhill.
