      Pros

      It has been a lot of fun opening a new division for a national brand. Both our local and corporate leadership seem to care about developing our brand here and individual career growth. We have a lavenous team that genuinely cares about each other. The people make this a great place to work and having the support of a large company behind us has paved a path for our success. The training I have attended is comparable with another company I worked for in the Fortune 100 list. I feel they offer a strong benefits package.

      Cons

      As with opening any new division at times there have been a lot of unknowns. Typically, they have worked themselves out in time. Lack of brand awareness with home buyers

      Taylor Morrison Management is committed to building a strong division. Management does what's in it's power to make the neighborhoods successful. Sales manager is one of the best I have worked for. Darling homes is an asset because of their local reputation. They give Taylor Morrison Instant credibility. Construction and sales work well as a team. Taylor Morrison's reputation from buyers that have built with Taylor Morrison in other areas or other states is very good.

      Cons

      Purchasing allows our team no changes to current options offered. Buyers should be able to make a design option change for a fee with in a certain amount of time. TM management needs to be given more flexibility.
