Basicly a good design and product.
Cons
Product beginning to take a back seat to overall profit margin and costs. Inferior methods and materials starting to be utilized across the board for corporate advantage and "cost reductions" on the books. The back end result to cost savings ulitmately means inefficientcy in building and additional costs hidden in others correcting deficiencies in materials or vendor performance.
