      Family work environment, genuine care for the employee, true passion for the customer and appreciation buyer a home is one of the largest financial purchases in a family's lifetime

      This is a high paced, fast moving workplace. With this comes high expectations to deliver the best product and customer experience. With that, pressures are present at times. Some may consider this a "con" where others may not.

      Taylor Morrison is a special place. I have been here for 10 years and I hope it's the last place I ever work. It is a very diverse and open environment
