      Pros

      Excellent opportunities for those willing to work hard and continuously improve. Taylor Morrison offers a culture which values the individual contributor while fostering a team environment. The Management Team is supporting operational improvement at all levels of the organization including efforts focused on community giving and employee wellness. While my Ops team and I work hard, we truly enjoy each other’s company. It's a great place to be!

      The home building industry is constantly evolving but that is, in part, what keeps it interesting.

      Pros

      Fast-paced, rewarding, fun culture. Although the company has grown immensely over the past several years (through organic and acquired growth) they have managed to maintain the fiber and culture that makes TM so wonderful. Work is fun when you enjoy working alongside your extremely talented, dedicated team members.

      Cons

      N/A- things move very quickly and people tend to wear multiple hats and can get spread thin at times- however it still provides great opportunities for growth and development

      Pros

      Great company culture - quarterly division meetings that promote team building with fun activities, as well as in-office events that enhance morale and a sense of family. Yearly company-paid trip. Great vacation and sick time accrual including floating holidays. Management is not out of reach or unapproachable. I get great feedback on my performance from both managers and coworkers and have found hard work is definitely noticed and commended. The Atlanta Division is a really fun crowd full of energy. CEO is very down-to-earth and seems to have a genuine concern for employee happiness.

      Cons

      I think the training process for new employees could be an area of focus for improvement.
