      I've been with Taylor Morrison for over 9 years and love the fast-paced, quick changing environment we have. We are a group of overachievers who like to challenge ourselves to always do more, better. This culture lends to promotional opportunities for those that aren't afraid to take a lead in their development and growth. If you have initiative and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, your possibilities are endless.

      We like meetings and they can quickly fill your day making it difficult to find time for productive work.

      Pros

      Taylor Morrison is a company that truly cares about you as a person just as much as they care about how you do your job. You are provided with any and all training you would need to be successful at whatever your position. You are also welcomed with open arms as soon as you walk in the door on day 1 of your employment. I have never worked for a company that goes so far above and beyond to make you realize that you truly are a part of an amazing family. The opportunity to advance is at every position and you are encouraged, in a very positive way, to work towards that. The environment here makes you want to be the best you can be and position yourself to move up within the company.

      Cons

      Bottom line, there are none. Like I said earlier, this truly is the best run company that I have ever worked for. And I've work for quite a few. I've been with the company and there isn't a single thing that I would change about my experience so far. There truly is a reason why there are employees who have been with the company for over 30 years and you start realizing the reasons why as soon as you start working.

      Pros

      Amazing culture of people and processes to help improve work/life balance always being further developed. I started as a sales manager and was advanced to VP just one year later. It has been a very good experience, and so gratifying to have my experience and hard work appreciated.
