      Pros

      The company overall is wonderful to work for and does promote/ encourage you to take care of yourself and family. Based on my experience, that's not always the case at other companies.

      Cons

      Depending on how one views total compensation, it is possible to think that TM compensation is not competitive. However, if you factor in workplace culture, quality of life, & base pay + bonuses, compensation most likely isn't a con. I have met many coworkers who have left and came back because the grass on the other side wasn't worth it.

      Fair pay, Welcoming environment, Proper training. Incentives and bonuses

      Cons

      Not a remote position but they will give you a home setup for necessary work from home days.
