Incredible single family and town home designs Effective purchasing, land, sales and marketing team Commission only but you can make 6 figures year over year

Cons

As in all new home sales. You give up your weekends.

This company probably had the best culture of any company I have ever worked for. Management was awesome, they went out of their way to keep the agents happy. They did a lot of group activities, sales trainings and had daily communication with the agents at the communities. Great earning potential.

Cons

The time you wait to get paid was too long. It’s just how it is, it takes a long time to build a home. It’s understandable but I would suggest having a good 4-6 months of emergency fund when starting. Tough working weekends.
