Great people Good management Minimal management oversight ( not micromanaging you) Good pay and benefits

Cons

Base Pay is good but you get bonuses based off of customer home surveys and you have to get 9-10 to get a max bonus. Car /gas allowance is very low No real independent voice in the company. Their way or no way A lot of unnecessary excess emailing/communication to be done that takes you away from actually supervising the building of the home If you have kids & you’re a single parent then this isn’t the job for you. Not a lot of opportunities to move up
