Foward-thinking company, rapidly increasing workloads

Pros

A good company for young professionals with plenty of opportunity for career progression and movement around the business. Ahead of the curve in tech, regular releases and updates to their offering. Good employee benefits. Diversity and Inclusion at the forefront.

Cons

The workload is unsustainable with the volume increasing but the headcount remaining stagnant. Flexible working is encouraged but due to increased work volumes many are not able to take advantage of this. Several people in my department have left due to burn out.

Great colleague and culture Young bunch of people Open minded individuals

Cons

Big guy running the show using top down method, he is not in office but stays in another continent so is not part of the office culture. Is not aware of office situation so just runs it blindly.

As the region continues to expand and grow, we learn more and more about the best ways to manage cross-country leadership as one of the main points and we are now having more frequent All Hands to ensure communication is always open with regional leadership. We also run surveys often for deeper understanding of staff sentiments so please feel free to share your thoughts with us there as well. We also place more support functions as we grow such as dedicated APAC HR and Finance core units in APAC and instilled local initiatives like the culture club to help us on a day to day basis to keep the fun alive!
