Pros

A very fast growing company, with sufficient size to have an impact in the wider ad industry, but small enough to allow a lot of autonomy to its employees. String expansion plans and propsects as part of Altice group, one of the top French tekcos. Great worthy mission and stiff competition makes it very engaging Seeing this company grow is like being at a high growth success startup like Google 15 years back That is the reason why it is recruiting such high caliber profiles in the past 18 months.

Cons

Still long way to go in terms of structuring their processes and breaking the silos between areas. You need to enjoy workikng in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity. Less perks than other digital media companies, but very solid values and mission.
