Amazing people, hybrid working model, very nice office and a general feeling of "people care".

Cons

The company's offices are located in Netanya which might be a con for some people.

Pros

Management are young, ambitious, and importantly, they get what it takes to make a great team culture. The product is brilliant. It makes those in-agency meetings easier knowing you are selling something that really works. Office culture is fun and collaborative. Everyone is a really good egg. Commission structure rewards good work.

Cons

Sales will always be high pressure - but sometimes the growth ambitions of the business can feel bigger than the growth of an agency patch. We are very top-heavy. At other businesses there are teams managing one agency patch. At Teads, it's one person. This does stretch you - sometimes a little too much.
