Regarding the second comment around some Outbrainers being snobs and old, we have to say that we feel terribly sorry you have that perception. We hire people on potential and skills and not on age. In fact our average age in the organisation is 36. We recommend you reach out to you P&C team and speak about individual situations so we can assess team behaviours and understand better what you mean by snobbish attitude.
