Employee experience is extremely important to us, to see we are cultivating a culture based on inclusion and respect is amazing. We agree with you regarding social gatherings! Meeting with peers, having fun together, going on trips and sharing memories is a crucial part of our culture and we have not been able to have as many of those moments together as we wished due to the pandemic. This will hopefully change soon!
