From a product stand point, innovation is really important, as you say, we like to move the needle and improve constantly. We are glad to read that you are enjoying your experience at Outbrain. Regarding your current workload situation, wellness and wellbeing are a big priority for us. We recommend you use the one-to-one weekly catch-ups with your manager to approach this situation and tackle the difficulty to avoid burnout. We are launching again this year the Winter Break initiative giving you all extra days off in December to enable you to relax, disconnect and recharge.
