We are really sorry to hear this about your experience with management at Outbrain. We have multiple mechanisms to ensure a positive manager-team experience takes place. Not only do we encourage employees to reach out to the P&C team for confidential conversations throughout the year, we also expect weekly meetings between managers and team members to take place in order to create a transparent and open environment. On top of that, we launch a yearly employee engagement survey, where responses are anonymous, if you are concerned about confidentiality. Managers - new and with previous experience - have training to ensure we provide all our teams with a positive and engaging work experience. Again, we are really sorry to learn this, but we also appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and acknowledging the overall good environment in the offices in Madrid.
