It’s great to hear you enjoyed the team, culture and events during your time here at Teads. We are always looking to be innovative and forward thinking in both our products and offering and also our culture. As we are constantly growing and expanding our offering the direction will naturally change. We now have a training platform which allows all employees to learn about our suite of products and unique offering. We are sorry that you felt there was a lack of communication internally. We try to be as transparent as possible whether that be through our monthly All Hands meetings, our communications portals or global live Wednesday sessions. We regularly review our benefits and compensation to stay competitive within our industry. We have recently invested in Talent Acquisition to help bring in the best talent and skills. As part of our culture we want people to feel like they have ownership over their time rather than make it accountable on timesheets.
