It’s great to hear that you enjoy some of our company benefits. We are always looking to improve our package and now offer life insurance for all. Soft benefits are also a big focus for us at the moment. We are committed to the wellbeing of all our employees and recently had a month dedicated to health and wellness, which included health foods, fitness classes, reflexology, meditation and mindfulness sessions. We hope you had the chance to participate. At teads we really believe that we work hard and play hard. There may be times where deadlines are tight and tasks have to be completed but we do offer flexible hours and summer hours to offset the busy periods. We are now in our annual review period so please take this time to speak with your manager to set some goals for the year ahead.
