Cons

Constant pressure and evolution, changes very often at the product level. It requires a lot of attention, focus and adaptability.

Teads is a place that will give everybody the opportunity to show their potential providing the tools needed to succeed. Since I joined 4 years ago, I have seen many of my colleagues going through impressive career growth. Teads promote an inclusive culture in a fast pacing, exciting and fun environment. There's a strong feeling of belonging and commitment at all levels of seniority, which leads to one of the most advanced and successful companies in the digital advertising industry.

Cons

Very sales-driven so if you are not in sales it might feel as if you are not at the forefront
