      Pros

      Great company with strong vision that is visibly translated into reality. Teads products are highly accepted in the market, which from the sales perspective makes it easy to work with partners and build strong relationships.

      Cons

      As with any large tech company, it takes awhile to fully understand the products and complete the on-boarding process.

      Pros

      Teads is a brilliant place to work - felt as though I had finally joined the A team - without having to work for a US firm. Everyone loves Teads in the market so you have a great sense of pride working here for this reason. A lot of focus is put on care, wellbeing, training, support. Work-life balance is encouraged. There are lots of added perks like great food at the office, massages, Yoga, Medical insurance. It's a super fun place to work and the people are what make it.
