As a company, we feel a real obligation to give our employees the best conditions for success, both in terms of benefits and compensation. We focus heavily on our compensation practises as our talent is by far our biggest investment. We use benchmarking surveys and peer reviews amongst other things to continue to evaluate our total reward offering and ensure we are fully understanding of market needs and positioning.
