      Pros

      Great product, team and environment to work. Amazing tech team who's constantly working on a clear roadmap based on the management team's vision. Thanks to it, the platform and products are really strong. The environment is also very positive with great conditions to work + atmosphere between teams.

      Nothing specific to highlight here as my experience with Teads is really positive.

      Great company to work in the Adtech Industry

      Pros

      What I like the most at Teads is the people and the diverse talent we have - What is always impressing me is the capability the team is able to be innovative and intrapreneur. It is also great to feel that we are autonomous and able to bring value. They are always trying to find ways to keep a great atmosphere. However, the complexity due to the covid and working from home situation, Teads has been able to adapt and support people. Benefits are great and great flexible working hours,

      Cons

      The current situation is difficult because we are not able to see each other like it was before during our annual summit. They were hosting a virtual annual summit to discuss our global strategy for 2021 it was great but missing the annual event.

      Thank you for your invaluable feedback. Making sure that we offer a diverse, safe and inclusive working environment is a huge priority for us so we’re really happy to see that our efforts have not gone unnoticed. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic our main priority was the health and safety of our employees so we have been working from home for over a year now. Our teams and managers have worked incredibly hard to adjust to the new situation and we’re so proud of how far we’ve come. Our summit was always an amazing opportunity for our teams to meet face-to-face to team build, collaborate and strengthen our relationships. This year it was not possible for us to meet in person so we did our best with a virtual summit. We agree, it just isn’t the same and we are really looking forward to the days when we can gather as a team again. Thank you once again for your feedback, we will absolutely continue to make diversity and innovation priorities for our business so that we can be the best in the industry!

      Great team and challenges

      Pros

      The team is packed with really talented people that are always up to help and share their knowledge. The company takes really good care of the employees with a lot of small things that count in these strange times of pandemic (training, remote team building, gift boxes for special events, etc.). Good communication from the leadership with regular updates from the business and state of the industry. Exciting product and engineering roadmap.

      Cons

      Fast-paced and international company so managing projects on a global scale is not always smooth.
