The products they sell are actually innovative There's a lot of great people that work here

Cons

Leadership sets unrealistic expectations at it pertains to sales. The turnover is high because there is no real career pathing available despite the smoke and mirrors they tell you. Many employees are overworked and leaderships refuses to provide additional bandwith giving every excuse in the book

Good place to learn if you're new to the industry. Mostly young co-workers who are fun to work with

Cons

Management is very cliquey. They churn and burn salespeople - always was the feeling that we are replaceable and didn't care as much about us. The pay is terrible.
