In addition, one of our main focuses has been having a diverse and equitable culture at Teads. Our Culture Committee is committed to always placing culture at the forefront by highlighting and celebrating the many diverse backgrounds within the company. It appears you’re no longer with us and we’re proud to say that our hiring efforts focusing on diversity have increased by 45% YoY and we continue to improve this quarterly. Furthermore, we just completed our 2nd year of our Summer Internship Program, which has paved the way to breaking barriers for entry-level and collegiate-level candidates, from all walks of life. We are passionate about providing the opportunity for everyone to gain exposure and remember this invaluable experience within the AdTech industry. That said, we have successfully converted 5 summer interns to full-time positions at the conclusion of the internship program. In addition, we’re also providing various training resources and programs to help new and existing managers navigate these challenging times we’re all facing together worldwide. #AimToDoTheRightThing
