      Allowed Me To Learn and Grow

      Pros

      Growing my career at Teads has allowed me to learn from some of the best and brightest in the industry. Ever since the pandemic started we havent skipped a beat and continue to grow the business year over year. Management has taken advice/feedback from its employees and really try to provide anything we need. I think whats really impressed me the most though is our ability to innovate year after year which has allowed Teads to grow faster than others in the space.

Despite the pandemic, although a very tough time for many people and companies including Teads, you're correct, we were able to rebound back which proves to show that our people are resilient, dedicated and enjoy what we do the best - promoting a clean advertising environment through viewability, brand safety and fraud-free inventory. It is also great to know that you have the resources you need to continue to be successful and also healthy and safe and should you need anything further feel free to reach out to your local HR team.       I have been working for Teads for a few years. Even though it's a fast company that evolves all the time the management listen a lot to the team. Great team looking after each other
