      Beware politics and indecision

      Pros

      A place you can grow your career if you are direct, work hard and play the game. There are some truly genuine and very smart people at Outbrain. They may not be the most powerful, but they will teach you the most.

      Cons

      Politics, indecision and constant re-orgs get in the way of progress.

      Tough to beat!

      Pros

      -phone, gym, and metro card reimbursement -unlimited vacation -growing, global company but has kept the start up, collaborative energy -global annual summit- Thailand, Colombia, Portugal -assessable leadership team -awesome group of people- you can make great friends here and everyone is very supportive and wants you to succeed -annual reviews with opportunity for merit increases

      Cons

      The company is working toward prioritizing diversity in leadership positions. This is a really big topic in the industry and it seems like the leadership team is trying to embrace this with a couple of different initiatives which is a good step in the right direction. I've noticed a positive trend at Teads and hope it's here to stay
