- Tons of support both online and offline to help you learn the platform and how everything works in the native advertising world.

Cons

- Might be a steep learning curve if you have no prior experience in digital advertising or adtech.

Mostly really good friendly people in all departments.

Cons

Bad technology, outdated code, awful proprietary tools. Terrible internal communication.

In regards to the technology, we are constantly striving to improve and would encourage you to reach out to your ex-manager/leadership to share this feedback. In terms of internal communication, we aim to be as transparent as we can with our employees, through town halls, AMAs and Q&As still acknowleding our public company status. Lastly, in regards to hiring engineers - we have a robust technical hiring process in place and are always on the look out for talent.
