On the one hand activities to promote women, on the other hand managers who speak publicly that women should not be promoted. On the one hand, a dog-friendly office, on the other, senior managers who are not satisfied with those who deal with "the needs of the dog" instead of working. On the one hand, managers are promoted from within, on the other hand, these managers lack managerial ability and human relations (the management workshops don't help either) On the one hand they talk about work life balance, on the other hand they expect you to be available on holidays, Saturdays and nights and you will not receive a bonus or a day off if you have to work on one of them. And that's without talking about the micromanagement. A tip for you: don't agree to be accepted into a company without knowing exactly which team you are joining and who your manager is. No matter how much you loved the company.

Furthermore 48% of our managers are female! Promoting from within is something we take pride in and our L&D team constantly provides new manager training throughout the year. We will ensure these trainings continue so that our managers are equipped with empathy and competence. Lastly, we understand your concerns about micromanagement and the importance of being clear about team dynamics before joining. We'll take this into account to improve our onboarding process and ensure better alignment between employees and their managers.
