Regarding the promotion and support of women, it's disheartening to hear about the contradictory messages you've experienced. Your feedback highlights the need for more clarity in our policies and practices.We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone has equal opportunities to grow and succeed; we are also proud of our Women Empowerment activities across the globe. Furthermore 48% of our managers are female! Promoting from within is something we take pride in and our L&D team constantly provides new manager training throughout the year. We will ensure these trainings continue so that our managers are equipped with empathy and competence. Lastly, we understand your concerns about micromanagement and the importance of being clear about team dynamics before joining. We'll take this into account to improve our onboarding process and ensure better alignment between employees and their managers.
