Pros

Great DNA, The best people, great environment - it feels like a big family. Working in a hybrid mode, very flexible, good work-life balance.

Cons

Low salaries relatively, very poor pay raises. The managers (at least in my case) are individuals who shouldn't lead.

Some of the pros you have highlighted are definitely areas we are proud of and we feel differentiate Outbrain as a great place to work. However regarding your cons - sorry to hear you were disappointed with the pay rises - we spend a lot of time working with industry benchmarks and data however we appreciate people may still be disappointed. It's also very concerning to hear your comment regards your manager(s) - we hope you feel comfortable to share this with your local business partner who can hopefully help. This is not the opinion we want our employees to have. Thanks again for sharing your feedback.

Everyone in the team is willing to help and collaborate EXCEPT the manager

Cons

- Worst manager : - Arrogant -Does NOT accept questions -Tends to not answer questions and instead speaks a bunch of NOTHING for 5 mins - Always bringing down employees - Tries to create a toxic relationship between employees - Pits employees against each other - Doesn’t know how to speak to current and potential clients and blames others for his lack of preparation to meetings and lack of salesman skills - Doesn’t have answers for clients questions and always blames it on other - Loves to belittle others to make himself look better Overall really bad management Maybe the person who has problems with everyone IS the problem
