We have many efforts planned to invest in our employees' growth and ensure they are supported as we transition back to three days in the office, and we feel strongly that it will add to the culture and collaboration amongst the business. The three additional days vacation given this year + the permanent 3 weeks "Work from Anywhere" policy that was introduced this year also are efforts to ensure that we further contribute to the flexibility of the hybrid working model.
