Pros

- My immediate colleagues were wonderful. It was a tight-knit community and we grew quickly together. - Compant grew at an accelerated pace and it was exciting to be a part of that growth - Summit was a blast and a great way to connect with the global teams

Cons

- Lack of growth opportunities/lateral movement if you're trying to move teams or move to a non-sales support role - Some sellers would be flat out rude or take advantage of you if you were on sales support. Was not taken seriously when I voiced the need for additional support. - Path for promotion was highly inconsistent. Another peer who started around the same time as me got promoted quickly, but I was given the runaround as to why I wasn't ready, despite having done as much work and having had a large impact on my team/office. I had also helped to hire for an opening on my team and after 3 months, that person was promoted into a new role above me, leaving me to backfill that role I had just hired for. It would be remiss to not mention that I was a POC and that those two people who got promoted were a white man and woman. - Senior leadership in my office was useless and played favorites. Made no effort to get to know anyone except the sellers she cared about /made the big bucks - I was promoted and promised increased pay, but did not receive for months, despite having a new job title and increased responsibilities. Had to consistently follow up with upper management and HR on the status of my raise, and there was no sense of urgency
