Pros

I started when the company was still fairly small and it was fun learning about the industry

Cons

After awhile, the industry started to get harder in terms of raising more money and the company started to bring in more israeli management which caused a lot of turnover in the company because the culture just wasn't there anymore

Pros

The successful out-stream video product is really the best thing about the company. The products that the company offers are actually quite good and are helping to revolutionize the advertising ecosystem.

Cons

Where to start with this company?? The outstream video product the company offers is helping to reshape the advertising industry, but this all comes at a cost for the people who work here. The workplace culture and environment is the opposite of inclusive and can be considered toxic and divisive. I've seen countless minorities being treated poorly and unfairly at the company which has either forced out these individuals or they have voluntarily left on their own. The company itself is not very diverse and instead the company does a good job at propelling an environment that is very cliquey and straight up poisonous. Favoritism is rampant at this place and in order to get ahead here you have to be willing to party it up every night. Hard work does not go noticed here, so don't even bother. No one gives a crap about you at this place. If you're not a bro or sorority girl, they don't want you here. It's definitely a shame because employees should be able to be proud of the outstream product, and a diverse work environment should be encouraged. The people really ruin this place. Do Better, Teads. Do Better.

Thank you so much for your feedback and we apologize for the delay in our response. We are so happy you share our excitement about the products and offerings we use to service our clients, both on the publishing and advertiser side. We pay great attention to innovation, with a team of incredible engineers and product managers to help us find solutions for our customers. Please know that what you shared is impactful to how we grow our business. First and foremost, we have a zero tolerance policy around racism or employee mistreatment of any kind in the workplace. This is clearly outlined in our company Code of Conduct, which is signed by each employee upon joining us. Any involvement in an incident that breaches this code will be met with disciplinary actions. The North American leadership, which is 50% male and 50% female, including multiple team members representing a racial or sexual orientation minority, is engaged and active in improving our diversity, equity and inclusion practices. We are tackling unconscious bias in hiring by progressing our blind hiring processes, we are measuring the racial make-up of our existing staff to set both a baseline and goals for the future and we are creating spaces for our team members to engage the wider community on issues that are important to them, among many other things. This is a work in progress and one that we do not take lightly. We truly believe that everyone has both a place and a voice in shaping our business and we will continue to offer avenues for feedback to be shared as we push forward. Thank you again for your candor and should you be willing to discuss this more, please reach out to Human Resources. Ines Quesada Chief People Officer

Pros

Many interesting and smart people, perks include beer cart thursdays, lunch on tuesdays, friday 'treat', fully stocked kitchen and gym membership. Still freedom to make decisions on your own, since the company is not huge yet. I heard it used to have a start-up feel, but is quickly growing up.

Cons

Some senior level management are not kept accountable for their actions, and are able to be very unprofessional behind closed doors without reprimand. There are some enormous egos which can affect employees moving up in the company. HR will not do anything or will likely side with senior employee they have ignored complaints in the past, and will likely keep ignoring.
