- Informal culture - Catered lunch sometimes

Cons

- Management really does not care about people who are actually executing. It's ridiculous! - Management is very cliquey and do not like interacting with most employees - Horrible salaries + they got rid of gym perks

Regarding your concerns about our management, we are really sorry to hear that you have not been having a good experience. Overall, we get very positive feedback about our management in our anonymous engagement survey year after year. Hearing the leadership is cliquey does not align with what we hear from you all.
