Great products, friendly and talented people overall

• The company doesn’t have much direction and can’t seem to stick their decisions which has resulted in low morale • Employees who have been with the company a while tend to be favoured over any new comers • Terrible communication from upper management • Very cliquey and segregated office culture • Wide pay gaps between employees who do the same job

It can be very disheartening to be unsure about the business outlook. Having good communication from upper management is key to be able to communicate the vision and the mission clearly. We are sorry you feel there is a lack of clarity here. We take great pride in being a meritocracy and support talent and performance over tenure or seniority. Reading that there might be a sense that employees with longer tenure are preferred is concerning.
