So much driving. It is hot in Vegas in the summer. Some days you have to drive to 5-7 facilities. Guaranteed pay was very low. 50% of final take home is via bonus/incentives, you have to see a lot of patients to make a decent living Each facility EMR is very different and some are really bad Some facilities are very depressing and the neglected elderly patients can be in bad shape. Some SNF’s in Vegas have one nurse for 20-25 rooms at night. It’s sad.

No training for the paralegal position but expectations are that you should know how to do every aspect of the position on day one. One supervisor is very disrespectful and hollers at you when you do something wrong, although you have had zero training. Very disorganized legal department.
