Pros
Interesting work with some nice coworkers & some good managers who made every effort to make this a decent place to work in spite of the tone at the top.
Cons
SVP was abusive as heck! Showed a lot of favoritism to some while singling out others to berate and humiliate every chance she got. The standards of accountability were tailored to how much she liked or disliked you . Those quick to bully others were praised and rewarded which drove very poor behavior and created a toxic culture. It was common to work nights and weekends with no work life balance and the pay was very low.
