The two founders are software developers, down to earth people you can talk to: this is so rare and all the pros are just a direct consequence of this. Best offices in Ireland, competitive salaries (especially for Cork), lots of benefits (health insurance, work-from-home friendly, gym membership, free meals, drinks and social events) and a fair performance benefit scheme. I have worked in several companies in other parts of Europe, and this is the first time that I see all the (few people, there aren't 5 layers of managers above you) senior management work so hard to make the company a great place to work in for all employees. The company culture is great, and the office vibe is extremely friendly and laid back.
