      Pros

      Work life balance is amazing, culture is amazing, there is so much opportunity for growth and internal development.

      Cons

      So far, no cons other than the commute which is solved by having a hybrid schedule.

      •Chance of partially working from home • Cross training (depending on manager)

      Cons

      •Consider working elsewhere if you are part of the LGBTQ+ community •Management is generally only concerned for themselves, and not lifting up employees •A LOT of very unhappy employees •They say they consider everyone family, but only if you are actual family or have worked there for a very long time •Expect people to work their fingers to the bone for VERY little pay, or at least not comparable to the rest of the industry/position
