      Pros

      I was paid on time. Reporting very easy. Zero interaction with TM staff - totally hands off. They won't bother you on an assignment. Bonuses if you can bring in business.

      Cons

      You're on your own. The offshore employees deeply resent the US employees because the US employees are the facade used to make this company appear to be less of a third world exploitative sweatshop. The TM staff ignores the contractors until there is a hint of a problem from the client's perspective. Expect no loyalty - the client's word is the only word. Contractors are nothing but easily replaced revenue generators.

      There are no pros about this company to mention.

      Cons

      Very low salary, no motivation , lot of politics n biased, try to suppress their employees by giving no growth and promotion. No proper justification for not giving promotion. And if asked,everyone try to divert it to some other person. Working in this company is just suffering...suffering...and suffering. May be some employees getting benefited...not because of their work but coz of buttering. Not only you but even family suffer's.

      If you are just starting off in your career this may be place for you

      Cons

      1. Does not value Americans expertise 2. Huge lack of communication amongst team. I brought this up when I first started. Then again after my second year. Nothing changed 3. All new projects and work were provided to non US persons therefore most of American team could NOT advance upward in career path 4. Lastly HR policies are NOT followed or applied to employees as a whole
