      Pros

      The day I joined Tech Observer, the learning process is continuous. Tech Observer has offered me the platform to learn and execute my skills in the best way. My team members are also very supportive and helpful. They always help me in every condition. I will recommend this organization to all my friends who want to learn something apart from earning money. Thanks Tech Observer for giving me a chance.

      Pros

      No Pros. This is Wrost Company. Director is checking all invoices of monitoring visits of CRA's, CRC's and always will deduct money even if you have mentioned less then your expense. Director is very greedy and very rude. 80% of employees are director relatives and freshers.

      Cons

      Worst of all, management is biased, and will do all that they can to get rid of you if they dislike you even if you are performing well CEO shows absolute ZERO respect to employees. there is no career development here at all. 02 month sallery + 03 month notice period when you plan to leave the company even after 05 years.
