Pros

You will never complain in your next organization. If you are able to get a job outside before the management sucks life out of you.

Cons

Salary on 7th of every month. Sometimes it's delayed till 11th. Perpetual bond. Initial is 2 years and if you want yearly increments (max 10% however most get 2 to 3%). People are let go off on a days notice. You don't get the salary towards notice. Relatives of CEO and CEO himself posts fake reviews on Glassdoor.

Pros

There is nothing to mention here, ..no coordination, nothing great about it.. So called Managing director and their team..All are fake people.

Cons

This company is a fake company and give salary in cash to its poor employees, work culture is horrible as the management dominates its employees and make them work on the dummy projects and ruin employees career by not giving them salary slips etc. You are treated like a moron. If you voice your honest opinion, you are looked upon negatively. They will never respond on time and always try to behave like they are the only one in the market. They have no idea about the market they are in. Advice to the general public: STOP entertaining them if you get a call for an interview..this will simply ruin your career.

Pros

The locality of the company is at the central location

Cons

Bond of 2+ years to be signed for joining the company. Also the next increment would be based on if you are ready to sign the next bond and not based on ur performance. For beginners there is no guidance... They will directly be placed onto live trials and do on job learning hampering the quality of data. There is no backup so no leaves granted and in emergency client deliverable is put on hold. No compoff or overtime given the explanation is its for your own learning that you are investing time. They could even ask you to leave in 10 mins of notice with only the cheque of the days you have worked. Lots of internal politics of senior collegues make you work like bonded labour. Salary would come only on or after 7th of next month and Salary slip only after 25th of next month. Sharp 9:30 entry else half salary would be deducted Request to all - It's good to be unemployed rather than joining here.
