Pros

I had a current hardship and this company was there for me in a way that is UNHEARD of. People and relationships make the world go 'round and this company has the most hardworking, caring, and genuine group I have ever had the pleasure of working with... The support system at TPI extends out to both professional and personal. Aside from the people it is a wonderful and exciting place to grow as a salesperson and professionally, in general. They invest in the people who are invested in the company in a HUGE way. Solid opportunities to make money and move up within the company. I value a team that welcomes anyone who is willing to work with open arms... this is it.

Cons

Nothing but lucky to work here...

Pros

none. the all of good reviews are 100% fake. i did get a free bowling ball for working here. but since the turnover is so high here they stopped doing that.

Cons

the recruiting industry as a whole is a toxic environment but technipower is the worst. the job is calling businesses that have been called by 100 other recruiters to sell them the same candidates that 100 other recruiters have while marking up the price 75%-85% while other agencies undercut you. The base salary is not enough to live off and the commissions aren't much better unless you screw over your clients with an extremely high mark up. I made technipower $150k in my first year and i made less than$30k. If you leave the company and go to another agency they sue you. even if your husband, wife, mother, or child is still an employee working for them. if you are desperate for money take this job but keep looking for something else. but don't let them know you are looking for another job because they will fire you for that. they fire people for anything i had 2 friends get promoted to management positions just to be fired a month later. another friend was fired because he was looking for other jobs on his lunch break. do yourself a favor and stay away.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on your past employment at TechniPower. Judging by the passion in your comments, it sounds like recruiting just wasn't a good fit for you. Sometimes the key to a happy career is in finding the right fit and we hope in the years since you were employed here you've found that fit. TechniPower has experienced incredible growth over the years and in some of those years, growing pains. We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience but our team of rock stars (many of whom have been here 9 years or more) are happy to work in a fast-paced, inside sales organization with uncapped commissions and a great family work balance. And we agree, Dan and Caitie are great!
