Pros

Owner knows his stuff Management is caring and is decent

Cons

Pay is not good and is not consistent insurance is not good Constantly chasing the next deal in order to make ends meet; otherwise, you are broke Owner talks way too much and he's still living in the glory days...talks so much that you think he's just talking to hear himself talk Despite doing well consistently, if you're not producing currently, your head will be on the chopping block.

Pros

Its a good place to START OFF in the staffing industry. You will certainly learn how to cold call clients and become aggressive in order to compete with competition in your territory. They are also expanding thier office and adding several associates.

Cons

You will be placed in a territory several hundred miles away from Roswell, Ga and never see your clients/candidates. The company is small and there is no structure there. The base pay ($26,000) is well below the local industry average, so don't expect to start really making money for at least 6 mo to a year. For the most part, the employees there are immature and unprofessional.

Pros

Earning potential unlimited , senior management is supportive and has good cop/bad cop style of leading that motivates you while keeping you focused. Middle Management is great depending on the territory.

Cons

Middle Management sends conflicting training lessons, this career requires you to know everything about all types of occupations, the software, their skill sets, what they do, and under what circumstances they would use them. To young people who are not as knowledgeable in the various industries you are calling on be prepared for a steep learning curve. Some managers are great salespeople, but terrible managers at cultivating talent and promoting confidence in the younger inexperienced sales force.
