If you don't like being thrown into the fire to learn, then this isn't for you. If you don't like to pick up the phone and just do the job, this isn't for you. Yes, the phone is heavy when you first start, it's weird making calls to people you've never met, but that's the job you signed up for and you know that day 1.
The saying "Work Hard, Play Hard" is very true here. You're not just going to be handed job orders, you work for them. The base pay is on the lower side, yes, however, I cannot stress enough that if you JUST DO THE JOB, you will never live off of your base pay.
There are a lot of managers but when you look at the United States as a whole, only half the states has someone in charge of them. 50 states with 25 managers... there's room to grow. Don't look at it as there are 75 people in the company and 25 managers, look at the big picture!
