Oh, where do I start? I read some of the responses to the negative reviews and they're responses were "staffing and recruiting just isn't for you". Well, it was for me; but TechniPower is not a good company to learn much from. They teach you how to smile and dial, but that's not good recruiting and sales efforts. Face to face meetings, quality conversations, not quantity calls make you a good sales person and a good recruiter. Leaving TPI for a competitor was the best decision I could've made professionally and personally. I learned more at my NEW staffing and recruiting company in the first week I was there then the year I was at TPI, because the new company actually cared.

40 hour work week! That's honestly about it because otherwise completely depressing place to work.

Cons

Worst girls I've ever worked with that make you feel like your in high school. This place sucks your energy out and is depressing
