Pros
Heard of many mid size consulting companies and their business practices from friends but this company is really professional enough and very much approachable one cannot expect for the size of the company. Never missed a payment. Really has some direct clients which means it's preferred vendor.Attaining this status means a lot to a company and it's practices. HR team is always available and approachable.
Cons
You would call them a con when we start comparing with a CMM level 3 and up. So may not expect full time benefits like maternity paternity bereavement 401k sick leave and some times health insurance to immediate family members.
