      Pros

      Helpful management, handles issues professionally. Immediate response for any queries. Career growth can be discusssed with them. Hr and recruiter are really friendly. Overall a decent company to work at.

      Cons

      Pay is less. You need to discuss pay details at the time of joining. They pay on time though. Timings are strict

      Pros

      I have been working at Techno Comp full-time (More than 5 year) Good people to work with and they are very responsive and met all expectations as promised at the joining time. I found the team is extremely professional and Supportive and honest management. Ready to listen your concerns and they help you out in tough situations and do not abandon. Immigration team is very good.

      Pros

      I have been working with techno comp from almost 6 years. This company is good at immigration matters. Very transparent about the rate and good at salary hikes. Quick response from HR team for any questions or concerns. Once the current project ends, marketing team could get you the new project immediately.

      Cons

      I do not see any cons. I did not have any issue with them. They will take good care about immigration matters
