Pros

* snacks/coffee/beer provided, company sports teams, ping pong table, catered lunches and events, other social activities/clubs to meet new (and mostly young) people * average salaries/benefits but significant portion of total comp embedded behind long vesting schedules that most employees will never see * paid OT * company has increased headcount and revenue YoY - you won't be stuck holding the bag assuming you can last that long

Cons

* messaging provided by management had negative tones (promotes hustle culture), led to many disgruntled employees and a toxic work environment * opportunities to do intellectually stimulating work existed, but were muddled by many more to do admin/data entry/grunt work * CFO is also the HR director with only 1 HR specialist under him * some technical tools/skill sets were not very mature compared to other companies of similar size/industry * longest tenured people fit an archetype (consulting bro) with little deviation * 2 department managers had 80-100 direct reports, which was inefficient at best and detrimental to people's careers at worse * had mandatory, non-billable trainings that were lengthy (1.5-2+ hrs) but management constantly pushed wanting high OT on billable work only * recent reviews appear fake, and the one posted 5/24 seems to be written by AI; ask yourself why?

Pros

ZERO PROS!!! Do not work here. Look elsewhere. The March 9 and May 6 reviews are spot on. This company is toxic, retaliatory, and deeply dysfunctional. Positive reviews appear orchestrated by leadership and do not reflect the daily reality employees endure.

Cons

Leadership operates with a culture of favoritism and manipulation. The much-touted 3-year, $30K PDP bonus is a bait-and-switch—many are pushed out or strategically denied payouts through opaque and rigged processes for their "chosen". Even top performers aren’t safe. Instead of addressing serious issues like cybersecurity breaches or employee burnout, leadership promotes juvenile distractions—cartoons, inflatable animals, and performative “fun” that many find unprofessional and tone-deaf. HR is compromised by conflicts of interest, routinely protects underperforming managers, and retaliates against employees who raise valid concerns—all while fostering a culture of gossip among leadership. Recent resignations speak volumes: those who report problems are ignored or pushed out, while toxic managers are shielded. Over-supervision is relentless. Some team leads are overloaded, disengaged, and ineffective under pressure. Their lack of people skills and strategic vision only worsens morale in an already high-turnover environment with terminations and resignations combined. Salaries are well below market value, and Employee Appreciation Month was a farce—no recognition, no gratitude, just business as usual. This is not a place for professionals seeking growth, respect, or integrity. People deserve far better.

Pros

You get to bond over shared existential dread with a bunch of fresh college hires while pretending free food, beer, and cold brew make up for the chaos.

Cons

Working here is an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The workplace culture is beyond toxic, with a constant undercurrent of negativity, gossip, and backstabbing. Managers put on a fake, friendly front, pretending to care about your well-being and professional growth. Still, the second it's inconvenient for them, they'll throw you under the bus without hesitation. They play favorites, manipulate employees, and provide zero real guidance or support. If you're hoping for fair leadership, look elsewhere—this place is run by people who are only interested in protecting themselves. The pay is ridiculously low for the amount of work expected, and don't even think about getting a promotion unless you've been here for years. Hard work, skill, and actual contributions mean nothing; the only thing that matters is how long you've tolerated the dysfunction. This outdated mindset makes moving up nearly impossible, leaving talented employees stuck in dead-end positions while incompetent long-timers get all the opportunities. The work environment itself is just as miserable. The office is overcrowded and loud and offers zero privacy, making it nearly impossible to focus or do anything without distractions. There are way too many people crammed into a space that was never meant to hold this many employees and management doesn't care enough to do anything about it. You'll constantly have to deal with noisy conversations, interruptions, and an overall chaotic atmosphere. The turnover rate is one of the highest I've ever seen—most people realize how awful this place is within months and leave as soon as possible. The hiring process is like a revolving door, with new employees coming in and quitting just as quickly. There is no real investment in employees, no effort to retain talent, and no actual support from leadership or colleagues. Everyone is just looking out for themselves, and collaboration is almost nonexistent. To top it all off, HR is completely useless and untrustworthy. Instead of being a resource for employees, they exist solely to protect the company's interests. If you have a problem, don't expect them to help—instead, they'll gaslight you, dismiss your concerns, or even retaliate against you for speaking up. It's clear that the company has no genuine interest in improving anything, and employees are just seen as disposable. Overall, this place is a disaster. The toxic culture, low pay, lack of growth opportunities, miserable office environment, and revolving-door hiring make it one of the worst places to work. If you're considering taking a job here, do yourself a favor and keep looking—your mental health and career prospects will thank you.
